Acknowledge Greatness
• Full article

I grew up in Queens, New York the undisputed home of the best Mc's in history. Hip hop has been an influential part of my life from day one. I grew up during the 90's and that's the era that made me want to be an M.C. I remember watching video music box seeing artist like Nas, Wu tang, and Gangstarr spitting and thinking to myself this it what I'm gonna do one day. During that era Hip hop went through change. Lyrics were top notch, flows were technical, and beats consisted of hard drums, ill loops and jazz samples. I feel the early to mid 90's era represented Hip hop at its finest hence that is the type of sound that my music has today.

I have currently finished a 38 track double album with D.J. J-love. The album is titled "Acknowledge Greatness" and features artist such as Kool G Rap, Ghosface Killah, Large Pro, Cormega, M.O.P., O.D.B., Tragedy Khadafi, Cappadona, The Theadore unit, Roc Marciano and more. The album is currently available on iTunes and will be in stores by the end of February. I feel good about the album, as an up and coming artist I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the game. I am sure that after the public absorbs this medley of flavor they will be anticipating the several solo projects that i am currently working on.

Currently, I am working on three solo projects. The first project is titled "Self Induced Illness". This project is a compilation that will consist of older material that I was working on prior to "Acknowledge Greatness" along with a few new songs that I do not plan on using for my album. Self Induced Illness will feature production from J-love, PF Cuttin, and Shakim Allah. It will also feature scratches from Just Blaze, D.J. Precision, and Supadave. The second project that I am working on is titled "Project Meyhem". This project is a mix tape scheduled to drop in early summer where i will be rhyming over classic instrumentals. "Project Meyhem" will be hosted by J-love. The third project that I am working on is a concept Lp titled "Mey-Day" this album will feature several surprise guest artists and producers. "Mey-Day" is scheduled to drop in the fourth quarter of the year. I will also be hosting a series of J-love's Hip Hop mix tapes this year so get used to the lyrics, name and face... Acknowledge Greatness!
